Consumer health data may include uploaded medical records, diagnoses or medications stated in source records, lab or imaging reports, provider names, extracted text, translations, summaries, packet outputs, case context, sharing authorizations, and access history.
Data may come from the patient, an authorized representative, uploaded source records, user corrections and confirmations, MedDossier processing outputs, authorized recipients, or service providers involved in the workflow.
MedDossier uses consumer health data to organize records, prepare summaries and translations, support user review, create authorized packet sharing, maintain access controls, respond to requests, protect the service, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
MedDossier may share consumer health data with recipients the user authorizes, service providers needed to operate the service, and legal, security, payment, compliance, or government recipients when required or permitted by law, contract, valid process, security, or dispute needs.
MedDossier does not sell consumer health data, does not use consumer health data to build advertising profiles, and should not use geofencing around health care facilities for advertising, profiling, or consumer identification.
