Privacy

Know how your medical records are handled before you upload.

MedDossier is operated by AssetGrid LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Your records are used to prepare a clearer case packet, support workflow checks, and share the result only with the people you authorize. MedDossier does not sell health data or use uploaded records to build advertising profiles.

Privacy requests

Use one clear path for privacy-related requests.

Delete material that is still inside the active retention window.
Correct contact details, authorization notes, or case information.
Ask who received a case packet or whether access should be changed.
Ask to narrow or revoke future sharing authorization.
Ask whether a case is still being processed, shared, or retained.

Data Handling

What happens to records after upload.

These sections explain how case data is collected, used, shared, retained, and reviewed.

Who operates the service

MedDossier is operated by AssetGrid LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Case data is handled for the MedDossier record preparation, review, and controlled sharing service.

What we collect

MedDossier receives contact details, case context, uploaded medical files, extracted text, translations, packet drafts, packet outputs, review actions, sharing authorizations, status history, support requests, and technical logs.

How the data is used

Case data is used to organize records, prepare summaries and translations, support user review and corrections, create packet outputs, manage authorized sharing, operate access controls, process requests, and investigate security or service issues.

Who can access the material

Access is limited to the patient or authorized contact, MedDossier personnel and service providers who need access for the case, and approved hospital, doctor, family, caregiver, coordinator, or partner recipients when the user authorizes sharing.

Retention and deletion requests

Retention can depend on case status, delivery needs, auditability, legal obligations, backups, security records, and partner terms. Use the data request form if you need deletion, correction, access review, or authorization review.

Consumer health data

Medical records, extracted record text, packet content, health-related case context, and sharing history may be consumer health data. MedDossier does not sell health data or use it to build advertising profiles.

Manual review remains part of the process

Privacy and correction requests may need manual review because authorization, case state, and sharing history matter.

Institution-specific rules

Need institution-specific handling rules instead?

Regional hosting, custom retention windows, contractual privacy review, and institution-specific access controls require direct agreement before they apply to a partner program.
